Tate Tosto is a London based music producer, songwriter and DJ specialising in deep, uplifting, vocal Melodic House.
Originally from Surrey, Tate started on his musical journey in Brighton where his love for music developed into a passion for House — now residing in vibrant London.
Influenced and inspired by the likes of CamelPhat, Eli & Fur, Franky Wah, Gorgon City, Leftwing : Kody, Kaskade, Late Night Alumni, MK and many more – expect uplifting vocals over driving funky and emotive soundscapes.
His debut single Lust Reaction (an underground ode to classic vocal House) has met with support from Whistle Louder, The Famous Co, Shoreditch Radio, IhouseU, Platinum Radio London and Pioneer DJ Radio.
Tate followed up strong with an EP called Down, which saw him journeying into the deeper side of House – the record continues to garner support, including radio airplay via BBC Introducing + features by A&R Factory, IhouseU and more.
After a period focusing on production he’s now spreading his DJ wings – recently spinning at some legendary venues like Ministry of Sound and Egg London. And looking to continue uniting people on dance floors with his fresh, uplifting vibes nationally and internationally.
